Employers Making The Difference

• Are you an employer who wants to work with the public employment and skills system to help meet your business needs?

If so, your local Employer Coalition is a good place to start.

This booklet will give you the information you need to share know-how with other employers across sectors, locally and nationally, and influence change in the public employment and skills system.

Employer Coalitions are part of a growing network of local employment and skills bodies across the UK, sharing and learning from hard-won knowledge and good practice.

Too often, however, not enough time is devoted to considering (much less implementing) the organizational and programmatic changes necessary to truly engage employers.
