Employers Making The Difference
- Are you an employer who wants to work with the public employment and skills system to help meet your business needs?
- Do you want to reduce recruitment and training costs?
- Do you want to give a chance to people at a disadvantage in the labour market?
If so, your local Employer Coalition is a good place to start.
This booklet will give you the information you need to share know-how with other employers across sectors, locally and nationally, and influence change in the public employment and skills system.
Employer Coalitions are part of a growing network of local employment and skills bodies across the UK, sharing and learning from hard-won knowledge and good practice.
